To use, simply dip a clean skewer or cocktail stick into the gel and swirl it into your mixture until you reach the shade you love. Use a fresh skewer for each colour to prevent mixing. For deeper tones, add a little more gel; for lighter tones, use less. Knead thoroughly to distribute the colour evenly. To keep your hands clean, keep the colour in the centre of the fondant and work it outward. You may also wear gloves if you prefer.


Storein the original packaging, tightly sealed, in a cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
