Use it to add a beautiful pink hue to rolled fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar paste, batters and more. This gel is also available in many other colours, and its smooth texture makes it easy to blend until you reach the perfect shade.

Instructions
Add colour with confidence: use a clean skewer or cocktail stick to transfer a small amount of gel to your icing or batter, then mix thoroughly. For multiple colours, simply switch to a fresh skewer to keep shades pure. For a pale shade, start with a small amount of gel; for deeper tones, simply add more until you reach the desired hue.

Colouring fondant and marzipan
For fondant and marzipan, place a small amount of gel in the centre, then knead until the colour is even.

Storein the original packaging, tightly sealed, in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
