Use it to add a vibrant blue hue to rolled fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar paste, batters and more. Simply mix in a small amount until you reach your desired shade. Blue is just one of many colours available in the BrandNewCake gel range.

Instructions
Use a clean skewer or cocktail stick to transfer a small amount of gel to your ingredient, and mix thoroughly. For darker shades, add a little more gel; for lighter shades, use less. To keep your hands clean, add the gel to the centre of the mixture and mix from the middle out. You can also wear gloves if you prefer. Once the colour is even, continue shaping or decorating as planned.

Storage
Keep the gel in its original, tightly sealed packaging and store it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
