Use thisgelto add vivid colour to (rolled) fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar paste, batters and more. Simply incorporate a small amount at a time until you reach the shade you want.

To use, simply dip a clean skewer or cocktail stick into the gel and swirl it into your mixture until you reach the shade you love. Use a fresh skewer for each colour to prevent mixing. For deeper tones, add a little more gel; for lighter tones, use less. Knead thoroughly until the colour is even. To keep your hands clean, keep the colour in the centre of the fondant and work it outwards; you may also wear gloves if you prefer.


Storein the original packaging, tightly sealed, in a cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
