Brand New Cake Colouring Gel Azure Blue
Use it to add a vibrant azure blue to rolled fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar paste, batters and more. Simply stir in a small amount until you reach your desired shade. Azure Blue is just one shade in the extensive BrandNewCake colour gel range, all of which are available at Baktotaal.

Instructions
Using a clean skewer or cocktail stick, add a small amount of gel to the product you wish to colour. Use a fresh skewer for each shade to prevent cross-contamination. For a deeper shade, simply add more gel; for a lighter tone, apply the gel sparingly. For liquid mixes such as buttercream, simply stir in the gel until evenly combined. To colour fondant, place a small amount of gel in the centre, then fold and knead until the shade is uniform. Keep your hands clean by wearing gloves, or apply the gel directly to the centre of the fondant to minimise contact.

Storage advice
Once opened, keep the gel tightly sealed in its original packaging and store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
