Recipe for 1 Brownie of Ø18-20cm
Ingredients:
-400g BrandNewCake Brownie Mix
-200g soft butter
-150g eggs (approx. 3 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approx.
Ø18-20 cm.

a butter-free recipe? Then add 200g vegetable margarine instead of butter
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 170°C)
and grease the baking tin.
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 3 minutes.
4. Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.
5. Bake in
30-40 minutes until done.
