Requirements:
- 400g BrandNewCake Biscuit Mix
- 360g eggs (approx. 7-8 pieces

Preparation:

1.        Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 165°C) and grease the baking tin.

2.        Place the mix in a bowl and add the eggs.

3.        Mix the mixture on high speed for about 8-10 minutes.

4.        Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.

5.        Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked.

polyglycerol ester of fatty acids (E475), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433);
