These transparent foil strips (also called pastry foil, inlay foil or acetate foil  are ideal for use with Mono Porzione and Petitfour moulds. The height of the strips is 40mm. Total length is 24 cm per strip and is supplied per 500 pieces.

This food-safe film is suitable for use in cold and hot preparation applications, e.g. desserts, ice cream, bavaroise, mousse, bread pudding etc. The foil can be used at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 100°C.
