400mlThe Boyens Coating Jelly Spray is a ready-to-use glaze spray that allows you to easily give your cakes a beautiful, transparent sheen. This apricot coating jelly provides a professional finish to various types of cakes and imparts a subtle apricot flavour. The fine mist creates a thin, even layer that makes the pastry shine whilst helping to protect it from drying out. This keeps products fresh for longer and ensures they retain their attractive appearance.

The glaze spray is ideal for finishing sweet yeast-raised products, puff pastry and Danish pastries such as coffee rolls, croissants, apple tarts, apple squares and other puff pastry specialities.

Always spray a thin layer onto hot pastries and then allow the product to cool so that the glaze can set and dry. This creates a beautiful, transparent sheen. The spray is not intended for glazing fresh fruit on fruit tarts or pastries.
