Returns

My order is not to my satisfaction, how can I return it?

Is your purchase not entirely to your satisfaction? Then you can return it within 14 days. These 14 days start from the moment you receive the product. Legally, you are not obliged to give a reason for returning the product, but we would appreciate it. We do ask you to fill in the Return Form and send it with your return shipment, together with the packing slip. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense.


Exceptions:
Some products fall under the exceptions. You probably understand that you cannot return the following items:

* Food products (due to hygiene and food safety concerns).
* Products that you have had specially made, e.g. an edible photo print.
* Seasonal items (items that are unsaleable out of season).
* Products bought on special offer due to short expiry dates (identified by the orange THT label).
* Books with a broken seal.
* Loose packaging material such as cake, cupcake or bonbon boxes and bags. These are hygiene items and cannot be returned, provided it is a closed outer box or bulk packaging.

Insufficient postage: We do not accept returns of shipments that are insufficiently stamped. These shipments will therefore be refused.

My order has arrived damaged/defective, how can I return it?
If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incomplete, you can choose to return or replace the item free of charge. Please contact our customer service team and they will provide a suitable solution.

I have received products I did not order, how can I return them?
If you have received an item you did not order, you can choose to return or replace it free of charge. Please contact our customer service team and they will provide a suitable solution.

What are the return costs?
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the purchase price of these specific items.
The costs of returning the order are at your own expense.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?
Once we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. We will refund the amount in the same way the original transaction was made. This happens in any case within the statutory 14 days. But in most cases it is processed within a week.
