Our parcels and pallets are shipped with PostNL and GLS.

When can I expect my order?
PostNL standard: Ordered on Mon-Fri before 22:00h, shipped the same day and delivered the next day*.
Pallet shipment: Ordered on Monday to Friday before 22:00, delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
Collection in Goor: ordered on Monday to Friday before 22:00, ready for collection the next working day after 13:00.

*PostNL delivers parcels the next day in 99% of cases. For orders shipped to Belgium, 85% are delivered the next day. German customers should expect 2-3 days delivery time.

Do I pay shipping costs?
Orders above €75,- incl. VAT and up to 100kg are shipped for free with PostNL.
Orders over 100 kg go via our pallet carrier GLS and are sent free of charge from €350 incl. VAT. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout process.

Can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace link of your package by e-mail. You can use this link to track the shipment. Did you not receive an e-mail? Please contact our customer service.

What delivery options are available?
✓ PostNL standard delivery: This is the standard option when sending parcels. The delivery time is determined by PostNL and depends on the delivery driver's route. In the track & trace link, the delivery time is usually indicated in a 2-hour window.

✓ Pick up at a PostNL collection point: We will gladly deliver your parcel at one of the more than 3,900 PostNL collection points (e.g. Primera, Read Shop, Gamma, Karwei, etc.).

✓ PostNL Sunday delivery: Would you like your parcel to be delivered on Sunday? Then choose the delivery day 'Sunday', for which you pay €5 extra (on top of the regular costs).

✓ PostNL evening delivery: Would you like your parcel to be delivered to your home in the evening (Mon-Fri between 18:00 - 21:30)? Then choose the shipping option 'Evening delivery', for which you pay an extra €1 (on top of the regular costs).

✓ Pallet shipment: If your order weighs more than 100 kg, all other shipping methods are cancelled and your order will be sent by our pallet carrier GLS.

✓ Pick up in Goor: If you want to pick up your parcel at our warehouse in Goor, please choose the shipping option 'Pick up at our warehouse in Goor'. This way you do not have to pay shipping costs. You will receive a notification as soon as you can pick up your order.

Please note: foreign shipments are always sent with standard delivery and cannot use the delivery options.
 
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest collection point or to your neighbours. The track & trace code tells you where you can pick up the package.

To which countries do you deliver?
By default, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We also deliver to the following countries:
