Wright's Toffee Cake Mix 500g
With this Wright's Toffee Cake Mix 500g, you can easily make a delicious toffee cake. Mix some water and oil through the mix and the batter is ready! With this cake mix  you can make a cake of about 900 grams or a round cake with a diameter of 18 to 20 centimetres. Not only is this mix suitable for making cake, you can also use it to make 24 cupcakes or 12 muffins. 

Preparation:
What do you need: 500g Wright's cake mix, 200ml water and 60ml vegetable oil.

Baking by hand:

1. Put the water and oil in the bowl, then add the cake mix. Mix it together and blend to a smooth batter, 1 minute with an electric mixer or 2 minutes by hand (whisk).
2. Put the batter in a large baking tin (for ±900g) which is well greased or has baking paper.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.  160-180°C or 140-160°C for hot-air ovens and setting 4 for a gas oven.
4. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.

Baking in a bread machine:
1. Put the water and oil in the bread machine and then the cake mix. Select the cake programme and press start.
2. When the cake programme is ready, leave the cake in the machine for 10-15 minutes.
3. Then remove the baking tin from the machine and let it stand for 10-15 minutes before removing the cake from the tin.
