Wright's Chocolate Fudge mix, 500 grams
With this delicious mix you can quickly make a delicious chocolate fudge cake. Of course, you can also use the mix for cupcakes or muffins.
You just need to add oil, water and a filling of your choice.

Preparation:
What do you need: 500g Wright's cake mix, 200ml water and 60ml vegetable oil.
Baking by hand:
1. Put the water and oil in the bowl, then add the cake mix. Mix it together and blend to a smooth batter, 1 minute with an electric mixer or 2 minutes by hand (whisk).
2. Put the batter in a large baking tin (for ±900g) which is well greased or has baking paper.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. 160-180°C or 140-160°C for hot-air ovens and setting 4 for a gas oven.
4. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Baking in a bread machine:
1. Put the water and oil in the bread machine and then the cake mix. Select the cake programme and press start.
2. When the cake programme is ready, leave the cake in the machine for 10-15 minutes.
3. Then remove the baking tin from the machine and leave it for 10-15 minutes before removing the cake from the tin.
