The baking mixes of VanDeMeester have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. The famous Liège waffle is to everyone's taste, delicious to combine with caramel sauce, ice cream and fresh fruit.

Method of preparation: mix 1kg Liege waffle mix with 200g/ml water to make a nice dough. Add the desired amount of sugar nibs to the dough and make small balls. Put the balls between a greased and pre-heated (190°C) waffle iron and bake the waffles for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable palm fat (hydrogenated and refined), wheat flour (gluten), egg powder, whey powder (lactose), wheat starch (E1414), raising agents (E341, E500), milk caseïnates (lactose), natural vanilla flavouring, stabiliser (E450iii, E450i).
May contain traces of nuts
