The baking mixes from VanDeMeester have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. The Brussels waffle is a delicacy from Belgiumë with now an international reputation. With this mix you can make the same deliciously airy waffles, great when combined with fruit and ice cream.

Method of preparation: mix 1kg of Brussels waffle mix with 1400g/ml water to a smooth batter. Pour the batter onto a greased and preheated (190°C) and bake the waffles for 4 minutes.
