The Tala Pie Pan Ø20cm Loose Bottom is made of high-quality and robust carbon steel. This material is a perfect heat conductor, ensuring even baking of the cake. Ideal to use for baking stack cakes, such as drip cakes or wedding cakes. Thanks to the non-stick coating and loose bottom, it is very easy to remove the baking from the mould. This mould has a diameter of 20 centimetres and a height of 4.5 centimetres.
