The Tala Pie Pan Loose Bottom Ø15cm is made of heavy quality carbon steel 1 mm thick. Its non-stick coating and loose bottom make it perfect for getting cakes out of the mould easily. In addition, you can safely put the mould in the freezer and it can withstand 240 degrees Celsius. The cake pan has a diameter of 15 centimetres.
