Verging cutting wheel Ø 55 mm, for use in combination with Dough cutter 60 cm stainless steel. The wheel is for expansion or for replacement of cutting wheels of the entire dough cutter.

Important: the spring-loaded mechanisms of the cutting wheels contain a hardened steel locking ring, this ring can rust when exposed to aggressive cleaning agents. We therefore recommend not cleaning the cutting wheels in the dishwasher but under the hot tap and letting them dry well afterwards.
