Sosa Ice Cream Stabiliser ProSorbet 5 Neutral Hot 500g
Ice cream stabiliser from the brand Sosa. This powder allows you to make your own delicious sorbet ice cream.
How to use
The recommended amount is 5 grams per kg. We recommend using 3 to 4 grams so that the sorbet ice cream does not become too sticky/slippery. This product is suitable for use in a mass heated to above 85°C, after addition the mass should rest for at least 6 hours before use.

Adapting the recipe: omit the gelatine and mix 2.5 grams of powder with the sugar and cook with it in the sugar syrup.
Ingredients: thickener: locust bean gum (E410), dextrose, milk, egg whites, gelatine, thickeners: pectin (E440), carrageenan (E407).
Storage advice: keep cool and dry.
