Saracino Mirror Glaze Pistache 350g
Saracino Mirror Glaze Pistache 350g gives a beautiful shiny effect to your baked creations. This glaze has a green colour with a pistachio flavour. Perfect for use on cakes, ice cream, cream, mousse or chocolate.
How to use: Place the paste in a bowl and heat to 35/40°C. Stir slowly to form a cohesive product. Pour it over a chilled cake and leave to set in the freezer.
