Saracino Mirror Glaze Pure Chocolate 350g not only provides a fantastic glaze on your treats, but also gives them a delicious flavour. The paste has an intense dark chocolate flavour. Great for adding a finishing touch to mousses, pastries or cakes. The icing gives full coverage and the jar contains 350 grams.

Use: heat the contents to 35/40°C and pour the glaze over a cooled treat. Then simply place in the freezer to set.
