Saracino Flavouring Paste Lemon 200g
Focused fruit flavouring paste flavoured with lemon for flavouring ice cream, mouse, crèmes, dough and batter.
Mixed fruit flavouring paste with lemon flavouring for flavouring ice cream, mouse, crèmes, dough and batter.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, lemon juice (5%), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), concentrated lemon juice, flavourings, thickener: pectin (E440).
Use:
- 35-50 grams of flavour paste per litre when reinforcing fresh fruit
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of fresh cream when making mouse.
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of milk when making bavarois.
- 120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making cake.
- 100-120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making ice cream.
