Coconut flavourpaste is a delicious and tasty product.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, coconut rind (20%), sugar, flavourings, thickener: pectin (E440) & carrageenan.

Use:
- 35-50 grams of flavour paste per litre when reinforcing fresh fruit
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of fresh cream when making mouse.
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of milk when making bavarois.
- 120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making cake.
- 100-120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making ice cream.
