Ingredients

The RUF Unicorn Cupcakes Baking Mix brings a sweet touch of magic to the table. Ideal for children's birthday parties, themed parties or special occasions, the unique recipe is quick and easy to prepare. With just a few additional ingredients, you can create 12 fairy-tale cupcakes that are guaranteed to attract everyone's attention.

Preparation

Preparation temperature

It is recommended to bake the cupcakes using top/bottom heat.

Prepare the batter: Put
the baking mix, egg, cooking oil and milk in a mixing bowl and stir for approx. 2 minutes until creamy. Prepare the batter in two colours according to the instructions.
Baking: Fill
12 muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. Then leave to cool completely.
Prepare the cream: Mix
the cream powder with 200 ml cold milk and whip until creamy. Pipe the cream onto the cupcakes in two colours as desired.
Decorate:
Knead the fondant with your hands until smooth and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into unicorn horns by twisting and secure with toothpicks or pieces of spaghetti. Stick the decorated horns into the cupcakes.
