Renshaw Rollerondant Extra 1kg White Marshmallow
Very elastic roller fondant from Renshaw with a marshmallow flavour. Can be rolled out thinly for great coverage. Better elasticity and resistance to moisture reduces cracking and breakage on cakes with 'sharp' edges. Gives cakes a glossy effect.
Dry the work surface with a little icing sugar or with some crisco and knead the fondant briefly until it is warm and elastic.
