Renshaw Rolfondant Extra 1kg Black
Renshaw EXTRA is the latest fondant from Renshaw. Fondant 2.0 is what they call it themselves. Extra elastic, can be rolled out very thin without tearing, suitable for modelling, easy to roll out without having to knead for a super long time. Renshaw EXTRA has a light vanilla flavour, is Kosher and Halal certified and contains no gluten.
Sprinkle the work surface with a very small amount of icing sugar or with some crisco and knead the fondant briefly until it is warm and elastic.
