ReggeVallei's (H)honest fruit jams all have a special but very surprising flavour combination, the combinations consist of fruit and spices. The jams contain only 50% (or less) added sugars and therefore consist largely of real fruit. The special thing about the fruit jams is that they are produced by hand in Twente by the artisan company ReggeVallei.

The blood orange has a distinct fresh-sweet flavour and, in combination with the sweet banana, is perfect to use with summer baked goods. The cake filling can be used between layers of cakes, filling for cupcakes or as a topping.

Ingrediënten: blood orange, banana, sugar, cardamom, aniseed, gelling agent (pectin), food acid (citric acid E330), preservative (potassium sorbate E202).
