ReggeVallei's (H)honest fruit jams all have a special but very surprising flavour combination, the combinations consist of fruit and spices. The jams contain only 50% (or less) of added sugars and therefore consist largely of real fruit. The special thing about the fruit jams is that they are hand-produced in Twente by the artisan company ReggeVallei.

The flavours of apricots are sweet with a mildly sour aroma, this is delicious in combination with the sweet and sour of the redcurrants and a hint of sourness from the pureed sea buckthorn. The cake filling can be used between layers of cakes, filling for cupcakes or as a topping.
