With the Patis Decor Log-shaped Cottage, you can create an impressive Christmas buche featuring a detailed winter cottage as decoration. The transparent PET mould gives your dessert a festive look and ensures clean lines and a beautiful relief. Perfect for making classic ice cream cakes, bavarois desserts, mousse cakes and no-bake Yule logs.

Thanks to the flexible thermoformed PET, you can easily remove the log from the mould without damaging the pattern. Ideal when working with icing, mirror glaze or velvet spray. The mould is reusable and freezer-safe, allowing you to prepare your desserts well in advance for Christmas, dinners or festive occasions.

Fill the mould with, for example, chocolate mousse, vanilla bavarois, speculoos filling or a combination of red fruits and white chocolate. Finish with decorations made from marzipan, chocolate or Christmas figures.
