The Patis Decor Log Mould Glacier PET 28.4x10.4x7cm gives your log a modern, icy texture that is perfect for winter desserts. The glacier pattern adds extra depth and a luxurious look.

This mould is made from transparent thermoformed PET and is ideal for bavarois, mousse, semifreddo and other no-bake desserts. A particularly striking effect is achieved with mirror glaze, velvet spray or a glossy chocolate coating.

Use the mould for flavour combinations such as pistachio with raspberry or dark chocolate with coffee. Ice cream cakes and frozen desserts also work beautifully in this log mould.

The mould is reusable, freezer-safe and easy to clean by hand.
