Patis Decor Extra Raw Cacao Powder (200g) is unsweetened, raw cacao powder with an intense chocolate flavour. Suitable for use in batter as well as for finishing desserts. As it is not alkalised, it retains its powerful flavour and natural colour.

Use it in cakes, biscuits and macarons for a deep chocolate flavour, or incorporate it into batter for brownies and other chocolate creations. Also suitable for finishing desserts such as tiramisu, truffles or whipped cream with a fine layer of cocoa.

You can also use this cacao powder for hot chocolate or as an addition to creams and fillings. As it is unsweetened, you can determine the desired sweetness in your recipe yourself.
