Patis Decor Edible Lace Gold Ready-to-Use 200g is a ready-to-use mix for creating delicate, flexible sugar lace decorations with a gold-coloured finish. This edible lace has a supple texture once dry, making it easy to apply detailed patterns on and around cakes and other sweet creations.

This edible lace is perfect for decorating wedding cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. Think of a border around a cake, a decorative element on top or a refined accent on pastries.

How do you use edible lace?
You use this lace in combination with special silicone lace moulds featuring intricate patterns, such as floral motifs, borders or classic ornaments. Using a spatula, spread the mixture over the mould and smooth it out so that all the details are well filled. Once dry, a lace pattern emerges which you carefully remove from the mould and easily apply to fondant, marzipan or chocolate.
