Andrea Valentinetti's career began when he worked for a crowning Michelin restaurant Acqua Passa owned by Gino Pesce. After working as a chef and pastry chef in various kitchens, he left for Milian, joining the high-end PECK pastry shop and started a collaboration with another pastry chef. He has won many awards and accolades with his masterpieces.
