    The Patis Decor Candied Lemon Peel Strips 145g are soft, slightly sweet strips of lemon peel with a fresh and slightly tart flavour. These candied pieces are ready to use and add a citrus flavour to a wide range of dishes.

    This lemon peel is ideal for making citronnettes (lemon peel coated in chocolate), but can also be used in cakes, tartlets and panettone. Add them to a fresh lemon cake, a light sponge or incorporate them into a creamy filling. They also provide a lovely balance between sweet and sour in desserts such as ice cream or bavarois.
