Patidess Basis For Yoghurt Ice Cream 165g
Do you also love yoghurt ice cream? With this basic mix, you can make delicious yoghurt-flavoured ice cream quickly and easily. By adding various kinds of pureed fruit or fruit flavourings, you can add extra flavour to your ice cream. Think, for example, of yoghurt ice cream with forest fruit, mango or strawberry.
How to use? Take a measuring cup and mix with a whisk 55g base for yoghurt ice cream with 110g fine granulated sugar and 450ml semi-skimmed or full-fat chilled milk. Then add pureed fruit or a flavouring ingredient. Mix this again well and then put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. After this, the mixture can go into the ice cream machine. After about 30 minutes, the ice cream is ready and you can eat it immediately. Enjoy!
One jar is enough for 3 servings of ice cream.
Tip: Decorate your ice cream with tasty fruits and serve it in a nice sorbet glass. Then stick a nice umbrella in it, add some whipped cream if you like and your sorbet is complete!
