Patidess Ice Cream Powder/Basic For Fresh Ice Cream 240g
With this basic mix, you can make delicious fresh ice cream in no time! All you need is an ice cream machine and a product to flavour the base mix. This can of course be done with Patidess' many flavourings or fresh fruit.
How to use it? Take a whisk and use it to mix 120g of ice cream powder with 450ml of chilled milk and a flavour of your choice.
(Patidess flavouring or 150g pureed fresh fruit with a little lemon juice for a nice fresh effect)
Let this stand in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the flavours to soak into the ice cream. Then turn on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the machine.
Let the ice cream maker run until the ice cream is the desired thickness. Enjoy!
Want to make ice cream? Then substitute 150ml of milk for 150ml of lobbed fresh cream.
One jar is enough for 2 servings of about 800 ml
