Use and maintenance
1. Before first use and after subsequent use, wash by hand and warm water. Prolonged soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush the baking pan with cooking fat or oil and dust with some flour or cocoa.
3. Fill the pan up to 3/4 full with batter (to avoid overflowing).
4. Metal kitchen utensils, abrasive cleaners and scouring pads should not be used on the surfaces.
