Nordic Ware Pizza Baffle Deep Ø38x4(h)cm
Make a perfectly cooked pizza with Nordic Ware's pizza baffle. The pan is made of pure aluminium for perfect heat conduction. Every time, you will have an evenly browned pizza with this baking pan. The mould has an encapsulated steel rim, which prevents warping.
Use and maintenance
1. Before first use and after subsequent use, wash with warm water and hand. Not recommended to put the mould in the dishwasher, as the pan may discolour. The discolouration does not affect the baking properties.
2. Before each baking use, grease or spray with butter or oil. Baking paper can also be used to cover the baking pan.
3. Scouring pads and metal utensils can scratch the pan.
4. Aluminium reacts to the acids in certain foods, such as vinegar and tomato products. It can darken, dimple or corrode the pan after longer use.
