The capacity of the melting tank is 6 litres. The digital panel gives suggestions for tempering chocolate, manually or according to 3 standard programmes (for the chocolate types milk, white and dark).
Important: for optimal operation of the digital thermostat, the melting tank should be at least 1/3 filled with chocolate.
