Whey milk
Milkan's whipped cream features a whey milk logo. This logo means that the cows from which this milk is made are out to pasture for at least 120 days a year, at least six hours a day.
Method of production
This whipped cream is suitable for making whipped cream. The recommendation is to whip the cream between 4 and 7°C. If you want to add sweetener to the whipped cream, do so only when the cream is thickly liquid.
