Molen de Hoop Soezenmix 300gr

About Mill de Hoop
Mill de Hoop is a tall windmill built in 1850 by H.B Meyer and acquired by the Pijnappel family two years later. Thus, the mill was owned by this family for many years. Since September 2014, Jan and his wife Henriëtte have handed over the now-growing business Grutterij-Molen 'De Hoop' Oud-Zevenaar to the current operators: Frits and Maaike Botter. Frits is the miller and keeps the administration, while Maaike runs the gruttery and arranges the purchasing of luxury and gift items. It is hard work, but fortunately for the family it feels more like a hobby. Together, they make sure the mill keeps running.

Recipe for 10 large puffs
100g of this mix, 140g eggs (2-3 pieces) and 100g cold water (20°C).
Procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (hot-air oven 210°C).
2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, on lowest gear.
3. Then mix the dough for 5 - 7 minutes on medium speed, until a shiny batter.
4. Now pipe balls onto a greased baking tray.
5. Now place the baking tray in a preheated oven for 2- - 25 minutes.

Wheat starch, vegetable fat (palm), egg powder, maize starch, wheat flour, glucose syrup (dried), whey protein (concentrate) (milk), modified starch(E1414, E1422), salt, milk protein,anti-caking agent(E551),emulsifier(E322 (soy)), raising agent(E450, E500, E503). This product is produced in a facility that also processes cereals containing gluten, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
