This springform from Kitchen Craft is handy for any kitchen. The springform pan is made of sturdy steel (1 mm) and has a double non-stick coating. The springform pan has a 'loose bottom' and a very sturdy closure.

The baking tin is suitable for the fridge, freezer and oven, maximum oven temperature 220°C.

These moulds close perfectly and are not designed for baking paper to be sandwiched between the bottom and the rim.
When that does happen, the closure, can snap loose or deform.

If you do want to use baking paper, cut it to size and shape and place it on the bottom.
