This springform from the Kitchen Craft brand is a must-have for any kitchen. The springform pan is made of sturdy steel, with a thickness of one mm. In addition, the mould has a double non-stick coating. Moreover, the mould has a 'loose bottom', with a very sturdy closure. 

The mould closes perfectly and is not designed for baking paper to be sandwiched between the rim. If a piece of baking paper is sandwiched between the rim, the closure may loosen or deform. If you do want to use baking paper, cut the baking paper to size and shape and place it on the bottom.
