This springform pan from Kitchen Craft is useful in any kitchen. The springform pan is made of sturdy steel (1 mm) and has a double non-stick coating. The springform pan has a 'detachable base' and a very sturdy closure.

The baking tin is suitable for use in the refrigerator, freezer and oven, with a maximum oven temperature of 220°C.

These tins close perfectly and are not designed for baking paper to be sandwiched between the base and the rim.
If this happens, the clasp may break or become deformed.

If you still want to use baking paper, cut it to size and shape and place it on the base.
