The Karow Natural Aroma Strawberry 1kg is a delicious aroma with the taste of fresh and ripe strawberries. Delicious for giving delicacies a strawberry flavour all year round. You can use the aroma in icing, desserts, fillings or creams, among other things. 

The aroma is baking and freezer stable, so you can use it in both hot and cold recipes. The recommended ratio is 15 to 20 grams of flavouring to 1 kilogram of finished product. The dosage may vary due to different product characteristics. The pack contains 1 kilogram of strawberry flavouring. 

Ingredients:water, fruit juice (sour cherry), acidity regulator citric acid, stabiliser cellulose gum (<1%).
