The natural flavouring is baking- and freezer-stable. Furthermore, the recommended dosage is 10 grams to 1 kilogram, this obviously depends on the product characteristics. The bottle has a capacity of 1 kilogram. 

Ingredients:natural flavourings, flavouring extracts, water, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides E472C, stabiliser xanthan gum (<0.2%), preservative potassium sorbate (<0.1%). 
Limited ingredients:coumarin, safrole/isosafrol (up to 10 times the recommended dosage in the finished product). Dosage in finished product compliance is given.
