Lilly bavarois/mousse mix from the Italian brand Irca. It is a powder mix with neutral flavour, specially designed for cold-making mousses, bavarois and chilled desserts. It can also be used to make fresh liquid cream stable and firmer when whipped. Quick and easy to use in cold process, it is an excellent substitute for gelatine sheets. The product is freeze-stable and has pure/clear cutting results.

Recipe: Mix 200 grams of Lilly Neutro powder to 200 grams of water/milk and 1 litre of cream and possibly a fruit base.

Flavour: Neutral (Neutro)

Ingrediënten: dehydrated glucose syrup, sugar, animal gelatine (bovine), skimmed milk powder, starch, flavouring. May contain EGGS and SOJA.
