This complete mix for instant yellow cream has a full, creamy taste and is top quality. Based on whole milk powder. Bake-proof and freezer-safe.  

The mix is incredibly easy to use. All you have to do is add water. For 400 grams of mix, you use 1,000 grams of water.

Mix the water and the mix and then beat for 3 minutes in high gear.

Difference between Top 'R' cream powder and tompouceroom:
Top R is a luxury instant pastry cream, a typical yellow cream. Damco tompouceroom is a very airy cream that is between whipped cream and yellow cream in texture.

Use advice:
Mix the custard powder and water together and whisk for 3 minutes in high gear. The yellow cream is ready to use immediately.

Storage advice: keep cool and dry (15-20°C)
