Damco D cream mix extra (cream powder pastry cream) 20 kg

This complete mix for instant yellow cream is excellent value for money. The cream mix is semi-bakeproof (the product holds up well in slips and piecework).

The cream can be used for cream breads, crusted shells and other types of filling work.

The mix is super easy to use. All you have to do is add water. For 400 grams of cream mix, use 1,000 grams of water.
Mix it all together and then beat for 3 minutes in high gear.

Storage advice: cool (15-20°C), dry, dark
