Damco Biscuit/Capsule Mix (Moscovian) 20kg
With the Damco Biscuit Mix, also known as Capsule Mix, you can bake the airiest cake bases. Once you have a good base, you can very easily make a delicious cake. After all, a good start is half the battle! Make, for instance, a delicious cream cake, a five-layer wedding cake, a trendy naked cake, smash cake or a beautiful drip cake. You can in fact bake as many as 80 cakes with a diameter of 24 centimetres with the Damco Biscuit/Capsule mix (Moscovian). This biscuit mix/capsule mix is packed in a 20-kilogram bag.

Please note: The packaging says 'Complete Moscovian Mix' and not 'Biscuit mix or 'Caramel mix', however, it is the same product.
Recipe for 1 cake of Ø 24 cm:
- 250g Biscuit mix;
- 25 grams water;
- 200 grams egg (4 pieces);
- slightly greased baking tin with a diameter of 24 centimetres.
Method of preparation:

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the ingredients together and whisk for 10 minutes on high gear.
- Fill 2/3 of the lightly greased baking tin with the batter.
The baking time for a 5cm-high cake pan is about 30 minutes at about 180 degrees Celsius. The higher the cake, the lower the temperature and the longer the baking time.
